A quiet and peaceful cabin with its own private orchard garden and large front deck. A gate leads directly to The Royal Ashdown Golf Course and the Ashdown Forest, just one minute walk away. An enormous number of beautiful walks and bike rides are on your doorstep to take you deep into Winnie the Pooh's Ashdown Forest, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lark Cabin particularly suits people who love walking, cycling and golf, as well as those who are looking for a cosy nest. The space The cabin has a large open-plan living area with a very well-equipped modern kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. A new Super King Size bed with lovely linen provides a very comfortable night’s sleep The living area leads to a compact, but very modern, shower room with large walk-in shower. Please note: the hand basin is very small. Super fast fibre wireless is provided along with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you like walking we can make recommendations, and supply GPX files of local walks, or print maps. Guest access The centre of the lively and cosmopolitan village of Forest Row is less than 10 minutes’ walk away, with plenty of restaurants/take-aways, cafes, pubs and shops. It is a short walk across the village and fields to Tablehurst Farm, where you can buy fresh organic produce or enjoy the organic cafe. There is plenty of safe parking on Park Road, an exclusive private road. Other things to note Iron and ironing board available on request. Within easy travelling distance of The South Downs National Park, Tunbridge Wells, Glyndebourne, Eastbourne, Lewes, and Brighton. Less than an hour from London Bridge and Victoria. Many National Trust properties and castles properties are close by, as well as the Bluebell Railway. Lark Cabin is ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway, or singles wanting a private space. After unloading, parking is on our private road at the front of the property, a couple of minutes walk from the cabin.
