If your car exceeds the measurements and hinders the transit of other vehicles, the administration may request the removal of your vehicle from the condominium's garages. 3 - FACIAL BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION - MANDATORY To use the social areas (swimming pool, fitness center, laundry, etc.), it is necessary to register for facial biometrics. Registration is done directly at the reception. When booking, correctly enter the number of people who will be staying in the apartment. Unregistered TEMPORARY TENANT will NOT be allowed to ENTER the condominium. Minors only if accompanied by the legal guardian. Note: Only temporary tenants listed on the reservation and with a photo of their ID sent in advance will be registered. Short-term rental is a different experience, you are renting an apartment in a residential condominium, where we make our house available so that you can feel at ease in Curitiba. We ask for care and attention to our things. All help will always be welcome, leaving the dishes clean, saving energy and keeping the environment organized helps us a lot and we are deeply grateful. APARTMENT DETAILS KITCHEN: American type, table and 4 chairs for meals, 4-burner electric Cooktop stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, traditional electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, electric pressure cooker, pots, crockery and cutlery. Hot water with central heating and great pressure. NOTE: We do not provide kitchen consumables (salt, oil, pepper, coffee, filter, etc.). If you find any in the apartment, left by the previous guest, you can use it normally. BEDROOM: Double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobes and closets, hangers, iron, blankets and pillows. BATHROOM: Shower with central gas heating water with a wonderful pressure, providing delicious and relaxing baths, hairdryer. LIVING ROOM: Smart TV, super comfortable sofa bed, wardrobes, swivel TV panel (bedroom/living room), extra mattress. All meticulously decorated, with great comfort and blackout curtains. BALCONY: A wonderful charcoal barbecue, for the exclusive use of the apartment, overlooking the condominium's internal patio, providing a lot of peace and privacy. GENERAL GUIDELINES: - The apartment is delivered with bed and bath linens, prepared according to the number of guests, including blankets and covers, as well as hotel amenities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, toilet paper, etc.). We do not leave towels for use in the pool. - During the stay, we do not clean, change linen or replace amenities. Extra linen or cleaning in the apartment may be requested during the stay, but an additional fee will be charged. - We DO NOT accept third-party bookings. Before making a reservation for someone else, please contact us to check the possibility and authorize it. Damage caused to the apartment or the items that furnish it will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation. This includes beverage, blood or makeup stains on the apartment's bed and bath linens. Please take care of our property. Do not use the bed and bath linens to wipe off makeup or blood, nor use the linens as a floor cloth in the bathroom. Stained linen will be charged laundry in the amount of R$ 25 per piece, and if the stain does not come out, the value of the piece will be charged, according to market value. CONDOMINIUM SOCIAL AREA - READ BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT - NOTE: Do not rent the apartment if it is only to use the social area or swimming pool, as the operation may be interrupted for maintenance, without prior notice. If that occurs, there will be no refund of amounts paid. - Guests can freely use the condominium's leisure areas during business hours - SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, GYM, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND and MINI COURT - free of charge, as a courtesy and without additional charge. - Best Stay does not manage the social areas of the condominium and also has no autonomy over them. We only follow all the rules of the administration, which also apply to all residents. We are not responsible for the operation and maintenance of the social areas, which are subject to shutdowns and closures for maintenance without prior notice. - Closure or interruption of the operation of the social areas for maintenance or malfunction can occur at any time during your stay, and are mandatory for all residents, permanent and temporary. - The interruption of a certain social area, when it occurs, will not entitle the guest to a refund of amounts or discounts on the stay, considering that such areas are free to use and no additional amounts are charged for the use of these areas. - The use of the social areas will only be allowed for registered guests, and cannot be extended to invitees and visitors. - The use of the paid areas of the Condominium, SOCIAL HALL and BARBECUE GRILL are for the exclusive use of the Condominium members. - We do not rent the apartment for Parties and Events, or only for use of the social areas.
