After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman! The space Relax in this industrial style suite by making “The Jones” your command center, located across the street from the Giant Superman Statue. This inviting space boasts a full kitchen with bold custom countertops in blue that will remind you of rolling of the river. Exposed brick walls, modern spiral ductwork and windows with sleek black trim supported by 100 year old oak timbers. Upgrades include high speed wireless internet, Roku t.v. and convenient charging stations. Recharge yourself in our king size beds with salvaged wood headboards and original transom windows. No detail is left out, to include the messaging multi stream shower head in our roomy bathrooms with sliding wood doors. Come see for yourself what “The Jones” has to offer. Guest access Receive your own personal access code for entry to the main door and suite by using the keyless entry system. This allows your arrival to be convenient any time of day or night. Other things to note You will find the kitchenette stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and glassware. There is also a convenient microwave and coffee pot that accommodates the full size stove and refrigerator.
