Included with rental is a pass to the Waterville Estates Community Center which is within walking distance from condo. Rec Center includes 2 heated indoor outdoor pools with fully equipped gym and sauna. Includes indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. Entertainment on weekends as well as bar and pub food. The space In the winter our ski lodge is opened, weekends has entertainment. Cozy fireplace, bar and lounge with pub style food. Skiing available when natural snow is here. Guest access The owner provides you a guest pass which allows access to the Rec Center. Additional guests pay on weekends $20/per adult, $7/per child,on-weekdays $10/per adult, $5/per child. The Rec Center has outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna , game room, gym, outdoor pools and jacuzzi.There are walking trails throughout the Estates for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The Ski Lodge is opened in the winter for skiing, entertainment and food.
