Located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, it is one of the oldest houses in Palermo, more than 110 years old, in an excellent state of preservation. The entrance is through a 45-meter hallway, which makes the house very quiet, despite being in one of the most bustling neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It is a loft on the ground floor, with two high rooms, each with a mezzanine. Upon entering there is a hallway patio, from where you can access the kitchen, bathroom and the two bedrooms. The space Loft 4 rooms. In the very heart of Palermo Hollywood: Nicaragua between Fitz Roy and Humboldt. Near almost any means of transport: subway D, trains, maximum 5 blocks from main avenues: Av. Santa Fe, Av. Códoba, Av Juan B Justo. Very safe area. 2 Air conditioners (one for each room), internet wifi, TV LCD 32" with calble. It has a little yard at the entrance, were you can find the entrance to the kitchen, the bathroom and the two rooms. Each room has an upper, that balconys over the downfloor rooms. Downstairs you have a living room and a dining room, which comunicates to the kitchen. Upstairs you may find the two bedrooms. It has two real beds, but if you need we can get some extra beds. The dishes and table is prepared for 4 people. The house is really cute! If you've been in Buenos Aires you shoud know Palermo is the best neigbourhood, were you can go out and move totaly safe! Guest access The whole apartment is rented out so you have access to the whole house. There are no access restrictions.
