Skandy Apartments is a small apartment hotel located in a private sector area in a brand new 2-storey mansion built in 2021. The house is divided into 5 apartments of different capacities. From 2 to 6 guests in each. A fenced, landscaped area with its own gazebo, barbecue area, parking lot gives a feeling of seclusion, privacy and comfort of a country house in the Central District of Kaliningrad. A double 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor.
