This beautiful mid-century house has original and unique characteristics and features, is tastefully decorated with stylish, fun decor and artwork. The home overlooks a golf course for a lovely view year round. Gorgeous morning sunlight streams through the huge windows, softer afternoon light provides a lovely setting for enjoying the patio or relaxing in the living and sitting rooms. The kitchen is large with a nice view of golf course and the hills and wind turbines in the distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need for preparing meals if you enjoy cooking. The stovetop is an induction stovetop. There is a bar top counter with two stools for a casual morning breakfast or coffee and a formal dining room for eating as well. The family room is comfortable with Roku TV, record player & vinyl albums or for relaxing with a book. The sitting room and formal living rooms offer additional space for lounging. The main bathroom has a full shower but no bathtub. There is an additional bathroom (half bath with toilet & sink) in the house as well. The house is perfect for 3-4 people or two couples due to bed configuration. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and the office has a single bed and is best for one adult or a child. We comply with all Airbnb Covid cleaning guidelines for a safe and sanitized space. The large backyard is shared with the apartment space in the lower portion of home and each space has it's own patio. The patios are on different levels of the yard making them completely separate. There is a gas BBQ and a traditional briquette style BBQ both available for use year round. The backyard is fenced and there are two gates for private access for both the guest apartment and the house. I'm available anytime if you need something via text or my cell phone. I do occupy the guest apartment at times but always give my guests full privacy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is freeway access just a couple blocks away to get anywhere in the city quickly. The house overlooks the beautiful Zintel Creek Golf Course and the restaurant The Edge is within walking distance from the house and a great option for breakfast, weekend brunch, afternoon happy hour and delicious dinners. Grocery store is a short drive away. If you need directions or local recommendations, please ask. There may likely be other guests in lower level guest apartment during your stay but the two spaces are completely separate and private, with separate entrances. The large backyard is fenced and common space for both the main house and guest apartment with both spaces having their own patios. Please be mindful of keeping gates closed. I do not rent the home for parties, film shoots or photos shoots.
