The apartment has a gourmet balcony with a gas barbecue and blindex closure, which allows you to enjoy the space even on cold and/or rainy days! With a side view from the gourmet balcony to the sea, it is 400 meters from Enseada-Guarujá beach. It is ideal for those who like to enjoy the beach, the pool and a good barbecue, without leaving aside the warmth and comfort of home. Everything has been thought out and prepared to offer the best possible experience for our guests. Welcome! The space Located in a prime area of Guarujá/SP, the apartment has a gourmet balcony with a gas barbecue and blindex enclosure, two bedrooms with balconies, a living room integrated with the kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry area and a protective screen! There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, a 50-inch Smart TV in the living room and 32-inch in the bedrooms. We also have blackout curtains in the bedrooms and living room. In the master bedroom, we have a double box bed, a nightstand, a two-door sliding mirror closet and a desk, great for those who work from home; in the other, two single box beds, a nightstand and closets. In the living room, we have a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is complete, with a refrigerator with water in the door, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a rice cooker, a blender, dishes, glasses, mugs, cups, bowls, cutlery, a children's plate, pots, dishcloths, an American set. We also have a 20L thermal box, ideal for those who like to take drinks to the beach, a holder with disposable cups in the kitchen and a paper holder with paper in the kitchen and one on the gourmet balcony, all of excellent quality! In addition to a dishwashing sponge, one per reservation, cleaning products and garbage bags. In the bathroom, we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, liquid hand soap and a face towel. Note: We have pillows, but we DO NOT have bath towels or bed linens. You MUST bring them! Guest access Access to a beautiful swimming pool with a wet deck, waterfall, an infinity edge and a 25-meter lane, a heated children's pool, sun loungers, tables and an umbrella. Playground for children, multi-sport court and a parking space, not demarcated. Note: Access by people or vehicles that are not on the list of previously registered guests is not allowed. Other things to note The place is family-friendly. Small celebrations are allowed, as long as all condominium and good neighbor rules are respected!
