The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway. The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street. Televisions -2 smart TVs in living room & bedroom. Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room. USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom. Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest. Free wireless internet. The condo has a key-less electronic lock for easy private access. Complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. PS: Casa Del Mar condominiums charges a $25 parking fee. Fee is per vehicle and per week. This fee is required to be paid at the front desk in the lobby at time of check in. Credit card only.
