The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an Old Building built in 1923, located in the physical center of the City of Buenos Aires, on Avenida San Martín in the traditional neighborhood of Villa Crespo. The area has a varied commercial offer, with bars, restaurants and shopping venues nearby. There are also many means of public transportation such as buses and Metrobus, as well as taxi transportation and others. The neighborhood is safe, with people moving around 24 hours a day. The space I offer a renovated studio apartment, very comfortable, simple, practical, bright and well ventilated. It is furnished, complete, with all services included, for private use with a separate entrance. Upon entering, there is a daily dining kitchen furnished with a countertop and cupboard and with kitchen utensils and appliances such as an electric kettle, electric coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a sink complete with basic cleaning elements. The dining room is attached to the kitchen and has a comfortable table with chairs. The bathroom is complete with a hot water shower and bidet inside the premises, it is delivered with basic personal hygiene items and a set of towels per person. The bedroom has a bed base with mattress and bedding as well as pillows and blankets according to season, it also has a shelf to accommodate clothes and personal items. The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in excellent condition and operation, it is a split type with remote control. It also has a LED TV with Wi-Fi connection and air channels with the possibility of linking Netflix or Spotify service at the guest's expense. Includes WIFI throughout the apartment area and common spaces. Laundry: a shared laundry room with an automatic washing machine and a clothesline is offered within the services. It must be booked in advance. There you will also find cleaning items such as brooms and waxes available for shared use with the rest of the apartments. The condominium has a shared central patio where you can use armchairs and tables to sunbathe along with a coffee or soda or get some air or sun or look at the stars. Use of the patio is optional and is available every day from 8 am to 10 pm. After that time, it is requested not to make annoying noises, or hold meetings in the patio or common spaces, nor can you listen to music at high volume. These measures are to ensure the rest of all guests and the neighborhood, in a quiet and pleasant space. The rate includes basic services such as water, electricity and natural gas. For guest safety, apartments have smoke, gas and carbon monoxide sensors. The condo has regulatory fire extinguishers and emergency lights. The apartment is delivered clean and tidy; during the stay, if cleaning is required, the optional service is offered, it is not included in the rate and must be previously requested by the guest to the administration. Guest access Access to the apartment is by stairs to the 2nd floor, it can be accessed 24 hours a day and in the vicinity there is free street parking as well as private paid parking. Other things to note No smoking in enclosed spaces. People who are not included in the accommodation contract are not allowed in. No kids allowed. Pets are not allowed.
