It is completely new and was designed to offer maximum comfort for guests. White tones dominate the space, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. All furniture is high quality. It features high-speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Guest access area offers countless restaurants, bars, shops, and museums to enjoy during your stay. There is also 24-hour paid public parking nearby, and if you prefer, I can let you know where to park for free. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. In some cases, early check-in may be possible if the apartment is ready; you can ask the day before your arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM have a €20 supplement only when I need to do the check-in in person. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a €30 supplement, and arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM have a €40 supplement. These fees must be paid in cash at check-in. Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment or in the interior lock when you leave, as the door will automatically lock and you won’t be able to enter again. If this happens, a locksmith will be required and the cost must be covered by the guest. For check-out, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind them. Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. The cleaning staff usually arrives around that time; if you coincide with them, please allow them to enter.
