The building is quiet and residential, making it ideal for work and longer stays. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. Other things to note • Parking: Free 1-hour street parking is available directly outside. For longer stays, paid street parking may be arranged via a council permit, subject to availability and for an additional fee. There are also secure garages and paid parking options nearby (not included in the booking). Limited street parking may be available via a visitor permit (subject to availability and council rules). If you need parking, please message in advance with your vehicle rego + state. A $20 parking admin fee per stay applies if we organise the permit. • Laundry: The apartment includes a washing machine and clothes airer in the Euro laundry. There is no dryer; a laundromat with dryers is located within a 5-minute walk. • Second bedroom / workspace: The second bedroom includes a double bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for working from home. • Bike storage: Secure bike storage is available within the building. • Cleaning & sanitisation: The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay, with fresh linen and towels provided.
