Nice bright child-friendly Swedish house in Rønne. Close to forest, beach and shopping. Within a short walking distance there are several playgrounds, a swimming pool and a bowling center. The space The house is located in one of Bornholm's Swedish housing estates, on a quiet residential street. The Swedish houses were built by the Swedes shortly after World War II, to rehouse Bornholmers. The area therefore has a unique and colorful history in itself. The ground floor contains a bright, well-established kitchen that is connected to the dining room and bright garden room, overlooking the backyard. In addition, the ground floor contains a spacious living room with, among other things, sofa arrangement, office space and play corner. The 1st floor contains a bedroom with a double bed and two small rooms - one children's/baby room with a cot (possibly junior bed) and a room with a single bed. In the basement floor there are 2 children's rooms, both rooms with a queen size bed. Bathrooms are located on both the ground floor and basement. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom with the possibility of streaming Netflix, Viaplay, TV2 Play, HBO and Disney +. Plus, of course, wireless internet. Outdoors, there is a lovely wooden terrace, with the possibility of barbecue (gas grill for free use) and socializing. In the garden there is a trampoline and slide. The garden is located along a path system, it leads to everything from playgrounds, swimming pool and bowling center to shopping and a trip out to the Nordskoven. Walking distance: Nørrekås beach 14 minutes Nordskoven 15 minutes Center 15 minutes Shopping, Rema 1000, 4 minutes Bowling alley and swimming pool 5 minutes. There is a vacuum cleaner and various cleaning supplies in the house, which should be left tidy and cleaned before leaving the house. Rent includes basic groceries such as spices, oils, flour, etc. as well as dishcloths, tea towels and guest towels. Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rent.
