The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean. The space We have a 2 bedroom home and a pullout couch in the living room for you to enjoy for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is very well stocked, and fridge has all the amenities that you will need. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. We have log beds and log furniture in the dining room for your enjoyment. We also have a power lift recliner chair in the living room with heat and massage. Fiber internet has just been installed in the house. A 65 inch smart TV is in the living room, with a paid Netflix and Disney+ subscription, live Roku TV, Atari, and a DVD player with numerous movies. A 42 inch TV is in the master bedroom, and a 32 inch TV in the second bedroom. All TV's connected to Netflix and Disney+. Loads of kids toys, games, magazines and books. Basket of local activities, maps and venues. We have a high chair, portable crib, toddler bed, infant bed, baby bath seat, toddler toilet step, and toddler toilet seat, as well as other things you may need for your little ones, like dishes, sippy cups etc. The mancave in the backyard is great for socializing and watching the fire from inside if the mosquitoes are bad. We have lots of outdoor games you can set up in the backyard located in the mancave. We also have lots of play equipment for the kids in the backyard. You will enjoy relaxing on our covered front porch, watching the birds (especially hummingbirds). We are centrally located, with the closest town 5 minutes away (Watford). We are 20 to 30 minutes to Lambton Shores (Forest and surrounding area) and Grand Bend. We are 15 - 20 minutes to Sarnia. There is a general store/gas station across the street. They sell firewood by the honor system, which is available 24/7. There is a pool and playground facilities at the Warwick Conservation Area, including canoe and paddleboat rentals for a minimal charge. This is walking distance from our home, or $10 per car for the day. We have two ring cameras in the driveway to help give you peace of mind that nothing will happen to your vehicle, although we are located in a small town with very little theft. There is also a ring camera behind the mancave, pointed at the battery box which runs the mancave. Our mancave is solar powered. Guest access Entire home, and backyard, including the mancave.
