Privileged location in a calm and silent street, close to the market, snack bar and fruit sales. It is approximately 1.5 km away from Vila do Capão, 20 min walking. We care about nature, we have ecological sanitation and we guide the separation of recyclables. We are a family with 2 children and 1 cat. The space The accommodation has an integrated bedroom-living room, large bathroom and terrace distributed in 29m2 of built area surrounded by a beautiful garden. The chalet is equipped with a box double bed, 100% cotton bed linen, table, coffee maker, sandwich maker and a balcony with a hammock. We also provide other amenities such as glasses, plates and cutlery for you to have a quick meal. There is a market and dining or snack options 300 meters away. If you prefer, you can order a delivery via Wi-Fi while reading a good book from our collection or practicing yoga on the mat that we provide for you. There are 2 houses on the land: Casa Beija Flor is the main one and where my family lives, Chalet Flor da Mata being our guest house. Guest access Guests will have access to parking located within the 1000m2 property. They will have access to the front patio of the chalet where they can enjoy adequate space for fire pits and yoga practices. Other things to note The daily maintenance of cleaning the house is up to the guest. Extra cleaning, especially for longer stays, can be provided for a fee of R$100.00. Garbage is separated for correct disposal of waste and respect for nature. Therefore, we ask for the understanding of our guests so that the rules for separating and disposing of waste in the indicated places are respected. Transfers and guided tours to the main natural attractions can be arranged. Request in advance, especially during holiday periods. Take the opportunity to connect with your whole health during your stay. I am a physical educator and therapist. Yoga classes, solo Pilates, a variety of dance styles and Thetahealing sessions are offered by appointment. A fee of R$100.00 will be charged for cleaning and tidying the house upon check-in. This amount will be refunded at check out if the guest leaves the chalet organized: take out the trash, keep the clean utensils in their proper places, leave the bed made and towels hanging in the bathroom.
