Here, it's summer! In the heart of Montpellier, independent 2-room cottage with private courtyard in the tree-lined enclosure of an old 19th century farmhouse. Exotic location in the middle of the city. Sheets and towels are provided. Main area: living room (with practical sofa bed), kitchen, dining room. Annex area: bedroom with bed (comfortable mattress), shower, toilet. The 2 annexes overlook 1 courtyard surrounded by trees with dining area to enjoy the outdoors The space The Mr. Tree gîte is an atypical place nestled in an old farmhouse as close as possible to the century-old trees and "Mr. Tree". It is composed of 2 units with: 1 main area with a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed that converts into a practical and comfortable bed (unfolds with one hand and one gesture :)), a fan, a kitchen with electric stove/hood, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, saucepan, frying pan..., dining room. 1 additional space with a bedroom with a comfortable bed (20 cm thick), bathroom (shower) and toilet with views of Mr. l'Arbre. The 2 units overlook a courtyard surrounded by trees with table/chairs/barbecue to enjoy meals in the sun outside and this atmosphere that will make you forget that you are in the middle of a big city...except that you have the bus stop and a Carrefour City 2 minutes' walk :) Guest access Free parking on site. Bus stops 2 min walk: La Source line 7 (to pedestrian historic center in 8 min) and Cinsault line 15 (to Odysseum shopping and leisure center in 30 min) A private gravel road that smells like hazelnuts leads to the farmhouse. Other things to note Smokers accepted in the pleasant outdoor area. Pets are also welcome, your companion can also go into our garden which is enclosed by walls. There is also a piece of forest and the Verdanson next to the Carrefour City, 5 minutes from the cottage: a favorite spot for dog walkers :) Chickens, chicks, a rooster and rabbits are on site to put a final rural touch to the place!
