Welcome to my beautiful rooftop apartment! 2 bedroom flat in the historical building with contemporary design - so we hope you like living here! Great Location: just a few minutes walking distance to many historical/cultural destinations of the town. Spectacular views from the terrace especially at night is a perfect place to stay at! ✈ ✈ TRANSFER Can Be Arranged ✈ ✈ The space The apartment is located on the 7th floor with vintage style elevator of a charming building. The living room and kitchen is open plan. ️The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a closet for guests to store all their belongings. The 2nd bedroom has a sofa for 2 and soft décor. A bathroom with shower, towels and all the essential toiletries. The flat has amazing terrace with fantastic view. It is a nice place to chill out and spend time after a long day of sightseeing in Georgia. ◾ WiFi ◾ Flat Screen TV ◾ Full bathroom with shower, shampoos, hairdryer, toilet ◾ Sheets, bed linens and fluffy towels ◾ Iron and Ironing Board ◾ Kitchen with fridge/freezer, and washing machine, toast maker and electric kettle, tea, coffee and sugar ◾ Air-conditioner/Heating system ◾ Plants ◾ Large windows overlooking the threes and providing great natural light during the day ◾ Terrace Guest access One bedroom is closed if 2 people are staying at the flat. In case of 4 person reservation the bedroom will be opened. All other rooms are available for the guests. Other things to note 1. Building entrance door has own code (code will be provided upon booing confirmation) 2. Elevator has a key (will be provided upon arrival together with other keys) 3. Elevator goes up to the floor 6. Flat is on floor 7 and you should take stairs. 4. There are flowers on the terrace, please take care of them. 5. Please turn off the air-conditioner before you leave. Under 30* air condition is not available. 6. Please close all the windows in the flat each time you leave . 7. Please check all the taps to be closed when you leave. 8. Do not leave furniture/any equipment on the terrace 9. Please take care of the flat! 10. Be respectful!
