The property offers ample secure indoor and outdoor parking and is situated in a peaceful setting with an on-site groundsman and evening security patrols. Use of the property for events, conferences, or organised gatherings is available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. All event-related services, infrastructure, and coordination must be facilitated directly by the host. External vendors are not permitted without prior approval.
