Our single room air-conditioned tiny house / cabin with ensuite is located on the western side of the 1 acre reserve waterfront Serendipity Estate, Sussex Inlet NSW located 2.15 hours south of Sydney. A double pull out sofa bed (with mattress topper) kitchenette, BBQ, patio with two push bikes inc helmets + Double kayak & life jackets A perfect place for a couple to get away for a few days. Guest access Guests of the tiny house cabin have access to the cabins covered BBQ area, 2 adult push bikes with helmets, fire pit and ample parking. Other things to note Please note the tiny house cabin is located on Serendipity Waterfront Estate Located on the Northern end of the estate is the estates main house. (12 beds, available rental through Airbnb). Guests of the main house have sole access to the estates triple garage games room and covered BBQ area adjacent to the main house.
