The space The recently furnished apartment includes several rooms that can be used for living and working: - Master bedroom - High-End Kitchen - Dining Room - Living Room The professional kitchen from former TV host Dr. Alfred Biolek, adjacent to the large dining room (seating 12+), allows you to host an elevated private or business dinner during your stay. A private chef and staff can be recommended. The 30 sqm master bathroom includes a large whirlpool and a steam sauna. The versatile rooms can be used for meditation and yoga sessions (with mats and pillows for up to 20 people) as well as business meetings and presentations (with projector, screen and flipchart provided). Aditional rates may apply. The 500 sqm private garden is shared with only one other apartment. A true gem in the middle of Berlin! The dining room, the living room and kitchen are shared with us. We use the dining room and living room 2-3 times per week. The kitchen is shared, but most of the time you will have it for yourself. The cleaner sometimes needs access to the utility room during the weekend, but we will notify you beforehand if that happens. We might rent the shared rooms of the apartment for workshops during daytime for a few days per month. Weekly cleaning is included in the rental price. Next door is the John Reed Club in the listed former Bötzow brewery, with 7 meter high domed ceilings, swimming pool, wellness area with whirlpools, saunas etc. on over 3000 square meters. Monthly membership is 140€, day tickets for 30 € are available. Guest access The apartment has two independent entries, one connected to the master bedroom and the other leading toward the kitchen and dinning area. The kitchen is sometimes also being used by the Forum for Meditation and Neuroscience, regularly only a few times a month for 1-2 hours in the evening. Most of the time you will have the kitchen for yourself. The Whirlpool and Steamsauna can be used after Introduction by Christian or Martina. Other things to note Berlin charges an overnight tax, the so-called City Tax, which is 7.5% of the room price (net price) excluding VAT and is charged by every hotel and Airbnb in the city.
