On the ground floor is the living room, dining area, kitchen, small bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing column. On the 1st floor are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. You have access to the 3rd floor to a large, very bright open room that serves as a DIY workshop, office, game room or dormitory if necessary. But BEWARE: in the middle of summer, it can be very hot depending on the weather... As we love board games, you will have a nice selection at your disposal. Also for children, books, legos, dolls and barbies as well as some baby games. A south-facing terrace, gas barbecue and grassy area allow you to spend good times outside. You also have access to a garden house where there are some outdoor games, a DIY workbench and where you can store 2-3 bikes or more... The house is located next to a soccer field which can cause disturbances (unlikely in the middle of summer). But otherwise, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Domdidier is located 10 min. drive from Portalban, a village on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. There you can use 2 paddles that are stored in lockers. Lake Morat is also just a 10-minute drive away. Close to the beautiful Vully vineyards. Beautiful easy bike rides in the Broye Valley. In the village, all essential amenities including 2 bakeries, a Migros, a Denner, 3 restaurants. Several good restaurants in the area! (List on site) Key delivery via lockbox. Contact person in the village if needed. On site, a binder of proposals for visits etc... Guest access You have access to the whole house except the office, as well as the grassy garden around the accommodation. The garden house is also accessible to visitors.
