We are a short drive away from the charming downtown Southern Pines, and right around the corner from Pinehurst. Absolutely no smoking! What to Expect? This is a newly renovated house on the beautiful Pine Needles golf course in Southern Pines, NC. The house features 3 bedrooms and sofa in the common room to accompany extra guests. Two bedrooms have a full private bathroom, TV and closet space. The third bedroom has its own bathroom in the hallway. Amenities include; shampoo conditioner and body wash in each shower. Make yourself at home and utilize our many kitchen appliances! We provide a microwave, fridge, stove, double ovens, dishwasher, pans, cups, silverware…etc. We ask that all guests clean up after themselves and that all dirty dishes are in the dishwasher and turned on before check-out. We have an attached 2 car garage to park in for your convenience. We are a pet friendly house! What’s a vacation without your furry friends? Please pre-approve all pets before arrival. We do require a $50 fee per pet. Non-refundable. There is a fenced in area on property for dogs to play in. Please clean up after your pet. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. A perfect retreat from your busy life. Neighbors are close by but houses are not visible from the property. Enjoy the beautiful views of Pine Needles Golf Course! Take a walk around the course. In the morning you can see deer, turtles, wild birds and bunny rabbits! We do have Wi-Fi and cable television on all 3 TVs. 2 of the TVs have a DVD player should you wish to bring a movie or watch one of ours.
