Walking distance (2 blocks) from the beach, this gorgeous 1 Bdr apartment, located on the third floor, is very safe, well appointed and comfortable. Designed and decorated to keep the original glamour and charming "Vintage" style and provide the comfort and safety of today’s, the interior makes you feel like in a real home-away-from home, and is perfect for couples, couples with babies, friends, families and working travelers. The interior is very bright, peaceful and brings enough privacy to our guests. The large dining room windows let in natural light and fresh air so you can enjoy, or work in comfort. With air conditioning in all environments, the decor combines a mix of antique and modern furnishings and some unique paintings. The concept of integrating kitchen and living room made wider, practical and functional the environment! The living room has a pull out bed (double size), a 43" Smart TV on the wall and a rack. The dining room serves up to 4 people and it's antique rosewood table is a great place to work! The spacious master bedroom has a Queen size bed with super-comfortable mattress, bedside tables with lamps, a space for your luggage and a relaxing chair for your rest or reading. The bathroom is large and bright with white marble decor and red ceramics, has an excellent shower with automatic water heating, hair dryer and other amenities. Electronic facilities include fast wi-fi internet, and a SmartTravel plug adapter for US/CE standards (upon request). In Art Deco style, the building is strictly residential and its decoration rescues the golden years` glamour of Copacabana. The street access is made by a security gate with 24 hour doorman. The garden and original Art-Deco building gate at the entrance are a charm and a differential in the neighborhood buildings. If you need an early check-in and / or a late check-out, tell us about your time schedule, and we will try to accommodate you in the best possible way. If there is no conflict with other guests, we will be glad in having you with us a bit longer. We have one security camera facing entry door, no sound recording, to provide a self check-in with the safety our guests deserve. By encouraging a conscious energy consumption and observing the rules of the house, daily rates consider an average daily limit of up to 7 kWh/day. Above this consumption is charged the surplus based on the kWh price of the energy company. Rest assured that this consumption is within the average usage of the apartment. It only serves to prevent guests from leaving the air conditioners and fans turned on as they leave. Guest access Planned and designed to provide a great experience in our apartment, we dedicate great attention to details for your comfort and safety. Our guests will have access to entire apartment as shown in pictures. At kitchen area, there is a closed door to a room with cleaning and maintenance supplies that is not accessible. The apartment is equipped with all utensils, such as: SmartTV 43 " in the living room; Fast Wi-Fi; Hairdryer; 2 ceiling fans (living room & bedroom) and 2 air conditioning (Main & dining room); Kitchen with microwave, 4 automatic burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, italian coffee maker, cookware and utensils, filtered water, and iron; High quality bed linen and bath towels (big towels); Beach towels; Detachable cradle for babies; 2 Repellent Plug, smoke & CO sensor, emergency light and first aid kit; 1x220V plug; SmartTravel plug adapter for US/CE standards (upon request). Other things to note A week before your arrival, we will get in touch with you so we can fill out a form that will be left at the entrance to authorize and make access to the apartment easier for you. A readable copy of ID/Passport is required (photo & number). The apartment has a welcome guide called "Guest Guide" where you will find information on the operation of the apartment, house and condo rules, tips on restaurants, tours and how to go to the main neighborhoods and tourist places. In particular, tips of free tours, must-see places and neighborhood facilities. We provide a release of this guide prior to your arrival. For 10 days stay or longer, we will deliver clean bed linen and towels in a 5-7 day basis, as agreed with our guests.
