You are literally 5 min from a handful of Michelin restaurants and other specialty places including Relæ, Kiin Kiin, Bæst (not Michelin but 8th Best pizza in the world) and Mikkeller’s Ramen to Beiru. This is a perfect place for the business traveller or a couple/family visiting Copenhagen - fully furnished and fully equipped with smart TV, Netflix, Disney, Prime and fast wi-fi. The apt. is a skip away from supermarkets, public transportation, restaurants, cafes and the whole place overlooks a beautiful park where you can find the resting-place of H.C. Andersen! The apartment has floor heating in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and a new dishwasher. Sonos music system. 1st floor: Open kitchen. 2nd floor: Office with daybed, bathroom, and livingroom with park view. 3rd floor: Bedroom with super comfortable queen-size bed (180x200), children's bedroom with bunkbed (Lower bunk fits two adults easy 120x200) Two main entrances. Distance to the center of Copenhagen is 10 min. by bus and 10 min to Nørreport train st. Metro is 5 min. walk. The apt. is close to the famous baker Andersen & Maillard where you will find the best 'hipster coffee' and great Danish pastry. Other things to note PLEASE READ IN FULL: This is a private home and we are renting it out as we are traveling. We want you to feel right at home and will clear out space for your clothes and things. Please treat our place like your own:) We keep a tidy clutter-free and clean home *kon marie style #SparkJoy - No smoking inside. FYI: We also have a friendly bengal CAT. The rate is below average because we are looking for someone who will also tend to our lovely cat. He will need to be fed and given a little love - but there is No litter-box as he does his buisness outside. He doesn't even shed because of his chinchilla-like soft fur. He is allergy friendly and pretty much the perfect pet. All you have to do is feed him twice a day (at no set time) and let him in and out to the yard a few times a day, like for example morning and evening. <3
