Enter from the allocated parking area down a few steps into an open hallway with space for coats and shoes as well as downstairs loo. The kitchen is off to your left with all mod cons you would expect including a coffee machine. Continue through to the open plan living/dining area with sea views and lots of space to relax on the sofas and seating. There's also access to the front south facing garden. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower room and both with King size beds. One has a balcony and stunning sea views. There's also a family bathroom off the landing with a bath and overhead shower. On the second floor is a twin bedroom as well as the Master bedroom with Super King bed, jack and jill bathroom with shower room and velux windows to take advantage of the sea views. The property comes with parking for 2 cars and an EV charging point. 1 Dog is welcome subject to a fee and acceptance of house rules. Other things to note Please note there is a £25 charge payable on booking for use of the EV point during your stay.
