Spacious bedroom in Artistic Home (near Lite-Rail)

Spacious bedroom (13' x 13') with queen size bed. Enclosed atrium patio with herb garden. Located in central Phoenix - 10 min drive to Downtown and walking distance to the lite rail. The townhome is in a gated community and has community swimming pool. Share the bathroom with other house guest(s). Please read house rules. For long term guest (stays 28 days or longer), there is an additional $120 monthly cleaning charge. Long term guests are responsible for cleaning common areas once a month. The space The private bedroom is 13 feet by 13 feet. Polished concrete floors in rooms. The living area is spacious. I am bringing in artwork to hang on the walls. We have a nice private Atrium Patio. Guest access Guest bathroom, kitchen, dining area / living area, atrium patio and community swimming pool. However due to Covid, CDC and AirBnB recommendations, we need to maintain social distance and wear mask in the common areas. My town home is a three-bedroom, and I stay in the master bedroom and have my own restroom. There are two bedrooms listed separately on AirBnB. So there is a possibility that you will share the guest bathroom with other guest(s). During your stay I give guest space, but if guests have questions they can let me know in the evening or send me a text message. Other things to note There may be other guest(s) in the house, so be mindful of each other's sleeping pattern and need for bathroom. My town-home is a three-bedroom, and I stay in the master bedroom and have my own restroom. The two bedrooms are separately listed on AirBnB. So there is a high likelihood that you will share the guest bathroom with other guest(s). Occasionally, I have a guest staying in living room at night on the couch - but they will use my bathroom.
