The space The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and a window facing a quiet one-way street, complete with blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom is fitted with a relaxing bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, has access to a small balcony. While not suitable for seating, it brings in plenty of natural light and fresh air. The sofa in the living room can be prepared as a bed upon advance request (for reservations of three guests, it is always prepared as a bed). The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cutlery, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. A TV is available for online streaming services (please note: no regular TV channels). A washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway inside the apartment for your private use. Situated in one of Prague’s liveliest neighborhoods, the apartment is surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés—some conveniently located within the building itself. Sample a traditional Czech beer at Lokál, sip fine wines at Bokovka, or indulge in Michelin-starred dining at La Degustation or Field. A five-minute walk brings you to the city's largest downtown shopping mall, while excellent public transport connections—including a tram and bus stop just a minute away and the nearest metro station within five minutes—make it easy to explore all that Prague has to offer. Other things to note Dear guests, We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration). A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions. Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality. For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC). For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings. Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures. If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies. The entire listing (balcony as well) is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes. The sofa can be prepared as a second bed upon request in advance. For reservations with 3 guests, it is always prepared as a bed. Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am. Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
