The modern, stylish and at the same time cozy furnished apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a wonderfully landscaped garden including stairs. "Das Berg 1982" apartment has a size of about 80 square meters and is furnished with handmade furniture from carpenters from the region and high-quality interior cozy and modern at the same time. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and extractor fan. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a spacious barrier-free shower. The apartment is designed for a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Guest access The cable cars Brixen and Westendorf are only a 5-minute drive away from the apartment. Various hiking/mountain bike routes lead directly past the apartment. A parking lot (open) is available next to the main house. The entrance/exit requires good driving skills. Snow clearing of the entrance / parking lot takes place in winter until 09:00 at the latest. Other things to note The highlight of the apartment is the "spa area" free of charge for guests. "Das Berg 1982" apartment has a 5m² professional sauna from Klafs, a spacious terrace and a covered hot-pot, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain landscape undisturbed.
