This place is reserved for those who can appreciate old typical South African architecture which we have made every effort to try and preserve. The features of this home are rare. A great home for entertaining. Surrounded by trees and birds makes this place a haven from the world. The space There are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. No ensuite bathrooms, there are two separate bathrooms. The back courtyard has a beautiful plunge pool heated by solar if desired, also at the back is a double garage with a apartment above where I stay when the house is rented. It’s completely private and I have my own entrance. The bottom garage is your entrance. At the front of the house where there is a tranquil patio and garden for hot afternoon reading and lounging. Guest access You can access the house through the front, but there is also a back access via the double garage Other things to note The gardener comes twice as part of the maintenance and is at no extra cost , however, if this is a long stay and you would like daily cleaning I have a house keeper who can service the house daily if you need . Enquire with me on this cost per day. He will also assist with laundry and ironing. I am in the separate property next door across from the pool above the double garage. Unfortunately the garage is private and for my use only.
