Villa Garden

We offer rooms for our guests in a newly-built house with private bathrooms and balconies. Despite of its central location, the house is located in front of the garden in cozy, quiet and ecologically clean environment. In the House can host 18 persons! The space 1st-room: big comfortable double-bed (king-size), couch (with sleep-function), small armchair (with sleep-function) for a third person and 2 balconies; 2-room: with big comfortable double-bed, small armchair (with sleep-function) for a third person and balcony; 3-room: big comfortable double-bed and small armchair (with sleep-function) for a third person and 2 balconies; 4-room: with 2x single-bed; 5-room: with 2x single-bed and big balcony; 6-room: with double-bed; 7-room: with double-bed, couch (with sleep-function) and big terrace; Living room with fireplace, dining space and couch area. Second Living room on the 3rd floor with kitchen and dining space. In case of necessity, we can also offer extra couch for more Guests. House has a kitchen at the First floor with a dining space. Breakfast is not included. Furthermore a large living room with couch area and direct access to the yard with garden house/pavilion, with swing chairs, where you can breath in fresh air, relax and have a barbecue. Guest access In your disposal will be whole Villa, where at the first floor you can spend your evenings in front of fireplace with glass wine!
