Description
This charming and completely private studio has a king-size bed, a recently upgraded kitchen with a gas range, a TV with Roku, local channels, Wi-Fi, and a stacked Washer-Dryer. There's a parking permit fee of $75. Let me know if you have questions. A parking permit allows you to park on the street, however, parking can be very limited. I Highly recommend not bringing a car. If you rent for 30 days you have to pay$465 in Taxes. If you rent for 31 days you pay Zero in tax. The space An excellent location especially if you are a medical/nursing student at OHSU. Just a few steps away from the campus. This is a private studio unit with a fully equipped kitchen and bath. It is small but bigger than a hotel room. Recently remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Please note there are about ten stairs. Guest access Each guest gets a new code on the day of arrival. If you are driving, not recommended, I will let you know how to get a permit. Other things to note Just a few local Portland laws you may not be familiar with: -We don't pay sales tax on any items we purchase. Yay! -We have gas station attendants. They pump our gas. -Honking is against the law unless it's an emergency. -Pedestrians have the right of way. We are not supposed to move our car until they have completed crossing the street. -We are supposed to stop at yellow lights. (but nobody does it) -You will only get paper bags at fast-food restaurants and grocery stores. -We recycle glass and soda cans.
