Modern apartment completely managed by me and my family, in the heart of the historic center of Florence, in the San Lorenzo district, overlooking the Duomo and Giotto's bell tower, directly overlooking the Central Market square. The finely renovated suite is located in one of the most requested and appreciated areas of the city. Highlighted, the location is located in the UNESCO perimeter, in the most valuable part of the entire historic center of Florence. The space The 70 m2 apartment is arranged entirely on one level with a precious ancient Florentine terracotta floor. It is located on the third and last floor with well-feasible stairs with 53 steps in pietra serena. Being on the top floor of the historic building, it offers guests tranquility, silence, security, great comfort and privacy. It is composed of a large bright living room with a modern equipped kitchen where the following are available: induction hob, column fridge with freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, Lavazza espresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, professional citrus juicer as well as everything you need such as crockery, pots (stainless steel), cutlery. The living room is also equipped with a three-seater sofa which can become a comfortable double bed for one person. A 55-inch Smart TV screen and free WiFi internet connection. It has two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, window with skylight. The other bedroom, with a window overlooking the beautiful rooftops of Florence, is equipped with two single beds which can be converted into a standard double bed at the guest's request. The request for two double beds must be made at the time of booking. The rooms have bed linen for every season, such as pure cotton sheets and pillowcases; each guest is provided with a set of towels and bathroom amenities and a courtesy set with soap and shower gel. All rooms in the suite have a USB socket for technological devices. The new and modern bathroom, with window, has: sink, toilet, bidet, shower, two hairdryers. The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system and a new generation air conditioning and dehumidification system. Guest access The apartment has a unique position, a car is not needed for travel. On foot you can reach all the most important places for art, culture, crafts, gastronomy and shopping in Florence. The Santa Maria Novella train station is only five minutes away. Medici Chapels, the ancient church of San Lorenzo and Palazzo Medici Riccardi are a three-minute walk away. In front of the apartment you will find the central market with the widest range of food products and restaurant spaces with Florentine and Tuscan specialties. Just a two minute walk away you can admire the Fonticine Tabernacle, considered one of the most beautiful in the city, featuring an upper part designed by Della Robbia. Opposite the entrance door of the suite is the monumental complex of the former convent of Sant'Orsola, where during the restoration work the remains of Lisa Gherardini, the famous "Monnalisa" by Leonardo da Vinci, were found. Continuing along via Taddea is the birthplace of Carlo Lorenzini, the famous Collodi author of ''Pinocchio''.
