Easy access to hiking, mountain biking, x-c skiing, golf course, and more! Sleeps 5 easily. ~10 min. walk to Moover, 7-11, restaurants. INTERNET - There is a fiber optic connection and the plan speed is 50Mbps down / 30Mbps up. On the main level, enjoy the open living room and spacious dining area along with the full kitchen. The front door has a keypad lock for worry-free access; no need to make sure everyone has a key. On this level, there is also a bathroom and a single bedroom. (Please note the fireplace in the dining room is currently not working, but the one in the lounge room is.) Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one queen and one double bed) and a bathroom with a tub. Finished basement -- cozy rec room with LCD projector for a movie-theater experience and a nook with a single bed for a total of 4 beds at our property. The basement also has a mudroom entry for changing out of ski clothes and keeping your gear inside. Front and rear decks for enjoying Vermont fresh air. Grill on the deck adjacent to the dining room, a central gathering area in this home. NOTE: Attached to the main house is an apartment that is occupied by the year-round tenants/caretakers. Attached to the main house is a caretaker's apartment, where the full-time residents will be your main point of contact and help you with any questions. Owner is available by phone/text/email anytime. On a quiet corner just up the hill from the 7-11 on Route 100 in West Dover, our house is close to downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter, and is visited by hummingbirds and butterflies in the summer, with the Crosstown trail within walking distance and the golf course just a 3 minute drive away. The Moover is a local bus transit system. The closest stop is about a 10 minute walk (right next to the 7-11 in West Dover). We recommend a car for the best mobility, but it's possible to get to many places with the Moover or local taxi companies. We do not allow more than five guests under any circumstances.
