(Please note the fireplace in the dining room is currently not working, but the one in the lounge room is.) Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one queen and one double bed) and a bathroom with a tub. Finished basement -- cozy rec room with LCD projector for a movie-theater experience and a nook with a single bed for a total of 4 beds at our property. The basement also has a mudroom entry for changing out of ski clothes and keeping your gear inside. Guest access Front and rear decks for enjoying Vermont fresh air. Grill on the deck adjacent to the dining room, a central gathering area in this home. NOTE: Attached to the main house is an apartment that is occupied by the year-round tenants/caretakers. Other things to note We do not allow more than five guests under any circumstances. No Pets: We do not allow any animals at all inside the house.
