In just a few steps, Praia Grande offers you a beautiful beach for bathing and a wonderful view to the sunset 🌅 • The accommodation is furnished with varieties of furniture, such as double bed, sofa bed, macaw for clothing, a great kitchen with dining table, gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils and electronic accessories. minibar, television, iron and ironing board, wifi etc… All items must be delivered in the same place and cleaned! • Bed and bath linen only with an additional laundry fee in the amount of 45.00 reais per kit available. • We have an outdoor with barbecue area, shower and hammock. (Only: dirty, cleaned up! If you return dirty, a fine will be charged for extra cleaning. • No 🚫 SMOKING in the inside areas of the property! When you check out and notice undue smell, you will be charged a fine of R$: 100reais🚭 Remember: We have outdoors! • No loud music of 🚫 any kind in any area of the property. We will not allow volume that bothers other guests . • Forbidden 🚫 to receive visits from non-hosted people, both in the indoor and outdoor areas. • Keep the external gates always closed with keys! The house has an outdoor area with a shower, hammock and barbecue grill. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Our bedroom windows have no view, as it is a dead-end corridor. They are so that you can have good ventilation in the room and the whole property is very cool! Other things to note Don't think too much about renting, many guests from one hour to the next lost the lease due to the delay in closing. The place really is great and there are no regrets.
