Free parking directly outside. The space This converted barn is part of the small, secluded collection of four converted barns comprising Brick Kiln Barns, Dilham, Norfolk. The Long Barn has been finished to a high standard and includes many luxury touches including quality linens, large showers, and twin basins and provides stylish accommodation for guests looking for something special for their North Norfolk break. Vaulted ceilings, skylights and floor to ceiling windows emphasise the spacious feel of The Long Barn and keep it light and airy throughout while underfloor heating ensures a cosy feel in winter. Enter into the hallway with handy hanging rail for coats. On the left you'll enter the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. With two large comfy leather sofas, a 52" Smart TV and Sonos speaker it's a great space for relaxing or enjoying a meal together - the dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen area is spacious and well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and food mixer. The living area has patio doors opening onto the garden, perfect for al-fresco dining and letting children and pooches have a runaround. The garden is completely enclosed with 4ft and 6ft fencing and (hopefully) will secure all but the smallest dog, determined escape artist or athletic jumper! The master bedroom is very spacious with king size bed, built in double wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite with large walk in shower, twin basins and heated towel rail. This room can easily accommodate an extra bed for a children upto 5 yrs or a travel cot for an infant upto 2yrs. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and triple fitting wardrobe and can comfortably accommodate a travel cot. The third bedroom has twin 3ft beds with double fitted wardrobe and can accommodate a travel cot. There is a bathroom off the main hallway for these two bedrooms with a large shower cubicle, basin with vanity unit, light up mirror and heated towel rail. The Long Barn has 2 dedicated parking spaces directly outside. An additional parking space may be available free of charge but must be reserved in advance. Guest access You will have the whole cottage and fully enclosed garden. In addition there is a large field shared with our other 3 cottages that is perfect for exercising 4 legged companions. Other things to note The local dog friendly pub, the Cross Keys, is a 10 minute stroll and offers 10% discount on food to all Brick Kiln Barns guests. Just mention when ordering - booking is advised! The Crown in the next village of Smallburgh is also dog friendly and serves food and is 0.8 miles away
