Independent house of character of 39 m2 on 2 levels, very quiet, overlooking the garden. Main Floor: - living room: TV, electric sofa bed - equipped kitchen: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle (coffee and tea provided for the stay), - private terrace with garden furniture (from April to October). Upstairs: sleeping area with quality bedding (140*200), mosquito net; bathroom: bathtub/toilet. 2 fans in summer. The space The house enjoys a pleasant natural coolness that does not require it to be air-conditioned. Fans on the ground floor and in the sleeping area (during the summer season). Bed linen is provided (the bed is made on arrival) as well as towels. Aloxe-Corton, famous for its great wines, is conveniently located 3 minutes from the A6/24.0/Beaune St Nicolas highway exit and Beaune, its hospices, its historic center. In the heart of the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover what were the castle stables in 1835. A haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the heart of a typical wine village while being close to Beaune and all the sights of the region. Guest access You will have access to the independent accommodation as well as the adjoining outdoor terrace that will be reserved for you (garden furniture installed from April to October).
