Other things to note House Rule - Please note this accommodation, cleaning and meals are not included, each guest is required to maintained their own room cleaning standards. And all communal areas after use. Guest must be self sufficient and does not require care. - Please note that your stay is by a temporary stay nature, you may not use the address for any application for banking, GP, driving licences, register for vote, visa application, anything council related matters, car purchases, pension, insurance, mobile contracts, landlord referencing during your stay. - We do not provide referencing for landlord of your future accommodation, if you are to take up a tenancy agreement in a different accommodation you must use your last permanent residence address and not this temporary stay address. - no shoes through out the house, please remove and leave shoes by entrance shoe rack - no smoking, vaping in the room and through out the house, if you are a smoker you have to go for a walk to smoke and not stand outside the property and do not dispose cigarette ends near around the property - all rooms are price at single occupancy no unauthorised guest visit and no stay over. extra guest is permitted if advance notice and subject to a supplemental charge of £20 per night one maximum extra guest per room. - no noise after 10 pm - clean and up keep communal area after use, such as shared bathroom and kitchen;- - For kitchen etiquette , light cooking only, please no elaborate meal preparations. No cooking is allowed inside bedrooms due to potential fire hazard, young travellers age below 19 will only have access to microwave and no hob cooking. please wipe down all hob with oil/sauce splashes after cooking, work tops tables and all equipment used washed and floor swiped. - For shared bathroom etiquette - it is the guest responsibility to leave it pleasant and respectful for each other to enter a clean bathroom, hair free shower and clean toilet for each other; Please make sure to clean the toilet seat and basin each time after use and do not urinate or leave residue inside basin or on the floor. Remove all hair and body hair in the bath basin after shower, dust pan provided , for the hair on the floor. and cleaning products provided. Bathroom floor must be kept dry at all time, as floor is not water tight. If cleaning standard not met and extra cleaning require , there will be a charge of £25 per clean -Follow recycle rules for rubbish (compulsory), each type of waste is collected every two weeks only. paper recycle waste ( blue bin) one week then plastic/tin/glass (brown bin), food waste (green bin) and general waste (grey bin) on the next week at alternate Monday. Therefore recycling and correctly is extra important to get rid of waste. We can not cater for excessive waste due to that reason. And at no circumstance guests to dispose any rubbish at neighbours bins. - Guest is responsible for the final clean of the bedroom before check out, return the room the way as it was found. Or There is a final check out cleaning fee of £50 Final check out cleaning items includes the following; All rubbish removed All surface wiped down Floor vacuumed All stored food removed from fridge and dry cupboard, all personal products removed from bathroom Washing machine - 1 wash per week included (detergent not provided) , additional wash £5 - turn off lights and appliances if not in use - do not place straightener, iron and other heated styling products directly on carpet as it will melt the carpet - make sure front door and windows are lock every time leaving the house - there is no extra storage space, please do not bring excessive luggages - Please do not throw ANY object into the toilet besides toilet paper. Because it can cause blockages. Supplement charges -standard check in time between 4-8 pm, out of hours check in request between 10pm - 8am would be an out of hour service £30. -parking space on site £5 per day, £60 per 2 weeks or £100 per 28 days -on street parking permit £60 per 28 days (at property where on street parking not permitted) -Washing machine - 1 wash per week included , additional wash £5 -extra cleaning fee £25 per clean -Optional final check out cleaning service £50 -all rooms are single occupancy unless booked for two, extra guest is £20 per night per room.
