Far from mass tourism, our cozy cottage in quiet surroundings on a small orchard meadow offers you relaxing days. A swimming lake is only a 3-minute walk away, other lakes lure nearby between meadows and forests. Whether hiking, swimming, cycling, a canoe tour on the Warnow or sightseeing in the cities of Schwerin, Wismar, Güstrow or Rostock, there is a lot you can do if you want to be active. The Sternberg lake district offers many possibilities. The space Idyllically located on a largely natural orchard meadow is this small green wooden house. It is equipped with a small balcony, a veranda and on the meadow there is a small covered terrace that invites you to sit outside. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer and dishwasher. The fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings. Guest access You have a fully furnished small cottage with a separate entrance on the side facing the meadow. You can use both the meadow and the driveway with a parking space. There is a small pavilion on the property for sitting or barbecuing. Other things to note If you come in winter, you should be prepared to heat the cottage with wood over the fireplace. This works great and firewood is sufficiently available. For pets, we charge €10 per animal per stay
