Villa 125 sqm with pool in a 4-acre estate with mountain and sea views for ideal private holidays. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It consists of the main house with a capacity of 6 people and a completely independent small studio for 2 people. It is located in the village of Kalimeriani (1.5 km far from Kimi) in Evia. Privileged area since it is very close to a city that provides everything and at the same time it is as far as it takes to feel the isolation and tranquility of nature. The space The house consists of the main house and an independent small studio with bathroom. It provides a basketball court, a small and a large veranda, swimming pool with shower and bar. —----- Main house —---- Two-storey with internal staircase. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. The smaller one also has an office. There is a small covered veranda overlooking the basketball court and a bathroom. Downstairs there is an open-plan living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area and a WC. The bedrooms have double beds, roof fans, and closets. The front ones have air condition, and a beautiful view in the green mountains and the sea. —----- Studio —----- The studio is located just behind the main house (1.5 meters distance) and is completely independent and autonomous. It has its own entrance, double bed and closet, bathroom with shower, TV and floor fan. * It does not have a kitchen. —----- Veranda —----- The large veranda (30 sq.m.) is one of the parts you will definitely love. It is located on the ground floor, from the front part of the house. It has the same wonderful view as the bedrooms (mountain and sea) and has a large dining room table for 8-10 people, veranda armchairs and sunbed, so that everyone can enjoy the magnificent landscape throughout the day. In the morning under the shade of the awning and the small pergola and in the evening gazing at the starry sky, the moon is reflected in the sea and for a while in the pool water. —----- Swimming Pool —----- It is undoubtedly the place where you will spend most of your stay. Enjoy your coffee while sunbathing on the sunbed or relax watching the magnificent view under the four-meter umbrella. We are sure you will take hundreds of photos in and out of the pool. Swimming, sunbathing, playing and relaxing on the inflatable sea mattresses are definitely just some of the snapshots you will capture with your camera (always be especially careful if you have young children). The area around the pool is paved, has tables, chairs, sun loungers, shower, large shading umbrella (4 meters) with fixed base, bar and two-door refrigerator. What more could one want? The kitchen has a 4-burner ceramic hob, fan heater, mini dishwasher, toaster, bread toaster, electric kettle, espresso and French coffee makers, hand mixer and blender, squeezer, food scales, cookware and kitchenware. And if all these are not enough for you because you do not want to leave the pool for a moment, we have a small electric grill (portable) for delicacies by the pool. In front of the main entrance of the house there is a lounge with a bench, a coffee table and director's chairs, for a fresh lunch or an afternoon coffee, since the front veranda is sunny at this time. On the road, outside the gate of the estate, 2-3 more cars can easily park. Guest access The whole villa is at your exclusive disposal. Other things to note Evia is the 2nd largest island in Greece. This means that it has many beauties of all kinds (mountain, beaches, traditional villages, archeological sites, monasteries but also good food at reasonable prices).
