The bathroom has an electric shower and liquid soap (sink and shower stall). The kitchen is super complete, featuring kitchen utensils (cutlery, pots, etc.), microwave, stove, juice squeezer, coffee maker, electric sandwich maker, air fryer, refrigerator, rice cooker, water purifier and blender. The living room has a dining table, fan, double sofa bed and 40-inch TV (with open channels + Netflix and Prime Video) The service area has a tank and washing machine, general utensils, a beverage cooler and a vacuum cleaner. We have free covered parking, as well as a 24-hour concierge Guest access Our concierge is 24 hours a day and access to the apartment is via electronic lock. The entire check-in and check-out process is done by cell phone. Other things to note The condominium is residential and family-friendly. Discretion, etiquette, and good manners are essential. Visitors are not allowed, except family members (who must previously agree with the host). Any exceptions must be handled with the host! Overnight visits are prohibited! WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMOKERS OR PETS (please do not insist). Please turn off the air conditioning when vacating the property, hang out the towels, remove the trash, and leave the windows closed.
