Surfers Paradise/ Isle of Capri brand new bedroom

Freshly painted bedroom in a recently renovated unit. The bedroom has a brand new extra firm mattress with brand new pillows too. Double wardrobe with plenty of storage thought you may find some of our stuff stored on the top. Ceiling fan and your own bathroom and toilet. Outside the room you will a nice outdoor furnished space You can have direct access to the room through the back of the property Smoking is not allowed inside the house neither outside. Remember a cat lives in the property. The space Our place is 1.9km to the beach and 2.2km to Cavill Avenue in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The area is walkable though to make the most of your time in the Gold Coast you will need a car. There is also a bus stop outside the complex though we are not very familiar with the public transport. Hota exhibition centre is 1.7km and there is a lake to swim there free of sharks. The Nerang River is down the street, just 3 minutes walking from the house but it is NOT SAFE TO SWIM as it is infested of bullsharks. There is an IGA quite close but if you are after Aldi, Coles or Woolies you will need to walk or drive over 3kms. The Star Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach are 5kms from our place. Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport is 30km away and the theme parks are between 8km the closest (Sea World) to 26kms the fardest (Dreamworld). The complex is very very quiet so please keep that in mind as most of our neighbours are elderly. Nights here are peaceful for a nice sleep. You will be sharing the house with my partner and I and our cat Julio. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and powder room. Unfortunately the bedrooms share one wall and the guest's private bathroom is not ensuit but it is just in front of the room. The toilet is not inside the guest bathroom but it is next to it in the powder room. We keep the house clean and tidy all the time but please keep in mind we live in as well and sometimes personal stuff may be found around. Wi-Fi is available for free. Feel free to ask any questions any time. Guest access Private room, bathroom and toilet and rear outdoor patio. Other things to note Please be aware that the laundry is not available but there is a laundromat in Chevron Island 3.3km from the house which is roughly 7min driving. Please remember smoking is not allowed at all in or out of the house.
