The AIR-CONDITIONED apartment is located on the 6th and top floor (with elevator) of a typical old Parisian building with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris. Also ideal for stays for Roland-Garros 2026 (direct access by metro in less than 30 minutes) The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (which is rare in Paris) and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The space The apartment with 3 small bedrooms is located a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars and Les Invalides. The Bateaux Mouches, the Champs-Elysées and the Grand Palais are also close by. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a tastefully decorated living space that offers a view of the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris. Upon arrival, we offer you a welcome basket with a bottle of Champagne and soft drinks as well as sweet and savory treats. You can sit in front of the Eiffel Tower view and have a coffee. The room then extends into the kitchen and serves all the rooms in the apartment. The open plan creates a fluidity between the living room, dining and kitchen, making it easy to socialize and relax. The cozy seating area invites you to relax after a day spent exploring the city, while the dining table is a nice place to have meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare your meals, whether it's a delicious breakfast with croissants or dinner. Many food shops are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as a large supermarket for shopping. The apartment has three bedrooms, all designed with comfort in mind with comfortable double beds. The rooms are small and have storage spaces. Important: Adding a baby bed is only possible in one room.
