For near-endless beaches, head a little further to Alcudia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Outside, there is a short drive & parking and the villa entrance is via a covered terrace. The large and well maintained gardens are primarily lawned, surrounded by mature hedging, trees and shrubs, which offers seclusion and perhaps some shade for an afternoon nap! Central to your holiday will be the superb 9 x 4m swimming pool, which has roman entry steps and plenty of sun loungers to take in the scenery with a long, cool drink. Overlooking the pool and garden, the traditionally built shaded porch terrace is certainly a firm favourite with repeat visitors, and it is easy to see why. Having direct access to the kitchen and sitting room of the villa, it is the ideal place for dining al fresco and is furnished with a large dining table, chairs & bench. There is also a separate built-in Bbq area to the side of the garden & terrace as well as an exterior shower room, perfect for those days where endless dips in the sparkling pool and long lunches are a must. Roma Nou has been tastefully refurbished inside and the villa is comfortable and roomy for 6 people, with air-conditioned bedrooms, WIFi internet access and satellite TV(limited channels/news only). Off the small corridor when you enter the villa, the large fully fitted kitchen is simply & traditionally decorated and has ample storage. A large breakfast table & 4 chairs is provided, and as you would expect it has an oven & hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. It also has direct access to the beautiful shaded terrace, garden & pool to the rear. A washing machine is housed in the separate utility area. The characterful living area has exposed stone walls, feature wood burner, tiled floor and double doors opening to the terrace. To one end is a large dining table & chairs easily seating 8 people, to the other end a comfortable sofa & easy chairs around the Tv, for cosy evenings in. From the kitchen, the corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. One pretty double bedroom, which has an ensuite shower room. Then two fresh & simple twin bedrooms having a shared bathroom with a bath & shower fitting.
