There is a spacious terrace and a natural garden (no playground with grass). Inspiring, quiet area. The residence is in the house behind the Former Iron Shop of H. Hoste, 1920, one of the earliest examples of modernism in Belgium. The space The rent only relates to the house located behind the former hardware store. The house has 6 rooms, two of which are linked to each other with a door opening, no door, visible in the photos (slp 2 and 3). Rooms 1, 2, 4 and 5 have their own bathroom, and there is a spare bedroom on the ground floor, which is linked to the living room. There are two additional bathrooms with shower and sink, one with toilet. There is a kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, sink, washing machine, drying cabinet, etc.) living room, dining area. Possible to park on the site, max. 3 cars. Other things to note For the gas/heating cost: with normal use, all is included. The house will be warm when you arrive and it is isolated. Howerver, due to the GAS crisis, with excessive use: (This means doors/windows open with high heating on) will be charged supplementary. Thank you for your understanding.
