Downtown Leavenworth sits about 20 minutes away (11.1 miles). The main level is open-concept — a large fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room anchored by a gas fireplace, with a dedicated workspace tucked into the corner of the living room. There's also a main-level queen bedroom and a full bath with a charming claw-foot tub. Downstairs, two matching bedrooms (queen + twin loft bunk each) share a jack-and-jill bath, with another queen bedroom and ensuite across the hall. The showpiece of this level is the game room — foosball, poker, darts, and a big-screen TV for movie night. Upstairs, the second-level master offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bath with double stone sinks and a glass shower. Off the bedroom is a loft play area for the kids — note that it's accessed through the master, so it's not a separate, independently reached space. POOL & HOT TUB: Private in-ground pool for this home only (open May through September), plus a separate hot tub on the deck. Your access code is issued automatically before arrival. Other things to note WINTER ACCESS (Nov 15 – Apr 15) — READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a steep hillside property with challenging winter access. You must have: A high-clearance AWD/4WD vehicle Cables/chains available to install as needed No parking at the base of the hill Between snow-removal visits, the driveway and parking areas can be icy or snow-covered.
