Sunrise cottage is located on the cool & breezy north side of St. Thomas. A relaxing 1 bedroom cottage with a full kitchen & living area. You can soak up the sun on the sundeck or hang out in your private soaking pool, while appreciating the breath taking view during the day & the abundance of stars at night. When venturing out you are 20 mins to Magen’s Bay Beach, 15 mins to Town, 30 mins to Red Hook. Note: The hosts live on property with 2 dogs and this cottage is adult only 18 or older. The space Our property has two buildings, our house which we live in with our 2 dogs and the cottage with the pool. The property has solar with battery back up and a generator. You will have your own parking spot, next to the walkway to the cottage. The cottage is 500 sqft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a built in closet, full kitchen and living room with a TV equipped with a FireStick, couch and table. You also will have plenty of outdoor space, tile patio, walk around balcony with railing, private pool and the pool deck. Sun loungers, high top table & chairs, along with a loveseat & coffee table. You will have full access to the private soaking infinity pool, with waterfall and lights. Guest access Our paved road has 8 house, we are the end of the road and you will have your own parking spot.
