One king bed downstairs can be split into 2 single beds. All living dining along with 2 bedrooms are downstairs. The theatre room and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite upstairs is a large palatial suite with access to the balcony overlooking the bay. Guest access You will have full access to the whole house.
