Welcome to an amazing property with three unique vintage homes close to downtown Melbourne. We offer cottages, a home with a rare basement and lots of yard with a secluded courtyard. Versatile to host your family, small wedding, workshop, vacation, or corporate gathering. This property has extensive Florida charm and landscape with a unique layout designed to give you a private commune with separate homes to host in with lots of area to interact together. Privacy with togetherness is BigMel! The space Rent a tent for the big side yard, host a small wedding in the courtyard or head to downtown Melbourne on foot or by bike in just minutes. Ask our staff for additional packages to provide coordination for your event. Host in a little piece of history. The houses were built in the early 1900's. The unique property has three separate homes. One has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home which at one time an old radio station was broadcasted and was also the former home of a Baseball player from the early 1900's. The larger home is decorated with unique pieces and restored back to original charm. Equipped with all your essentials and conveniently located in walking distance to Downtown Melbourne and minutes from the beaches, Holmes Hospital, the Airport and much more! When you arrive, you will have three diff areas to park. Each cottage has its own parking and access. Walk up a few stairs onto the spacious covered front porch for the white house or into the quiet foyer of the cozy cottage. Inside has unique curved ceilings, a bright living room with large windows, a cozy wrap-around sofa and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is an open country-like setting with an eat-in area and is adjacent to the full dining room. The kitchen is bright with a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, dishwasher, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay. The eat-in kitchen seats 5 and the dining room seats 6. There are two bathrooms both with tub/shower combo right next to each bedroom. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other with a full-size bed. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the pantry off the kitchen as well as 2 towels per bathroom and extra beach towels. Additionally we offer a jogger stroller, pack and play, highchair and booster for babies and toddlers. Guests have access to the full home. The property is adjoined with two other cottages that share the courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors. Please remove your shoes at the door before walking through the home. Our second property is the cozy little cottage located behind the main white house. For the cozy cottage you can park and walk the original brick path to the front door. Inside is spacious with carriage style vaulted ceilings in the living room, a modern style kitchen, efficient bathroom with tub/shower combo and a relaxing bedroom with queen-size bed. Living room has a cozy sofa, two extra chairs, 32" TV equipped with Amazon TV. The modern kitchen is bright with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay. Adjoined to the kitchen is the dining room table that seats 4. The sunroom is adjoined to the living room and is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer as well as your beach essentials such as beach towels and boogie boards. There is also enough space to enjoy HOT yoga as well. Don't forget to bring your mat! Please remove your shoes at the door before walking through the cottage. Home is almost 100 years old with old plumbing. Wipes cannot be used, no tampons. Toilet paper only. If those items are flushed and a clog is induced the guest will be responsible to pay to unclog. The internet is ATT and is 100mbps. The TV is for streaming only and we offer no cable TV. The smart TV has the apps such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon TV to name a few you can login too if you have accts for various desired apps. Please be sure to log out of your account before leaving.
