The space Unit has a king bed in the master, bunk beds with larger bed on the bottom in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a balcony with fire pit and lounge chairs. Wake up to the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez on the balcony as you sip your morning coffee or spot boats and even whales during the winter months. Guest access The neighborhood is gated with security and has one free, semi-covered, outdoor parking space assigned to the unit. Guests also have access to a quiet community pool and workout facility on-site. The residence is only about ten minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina and all it has to offer. There are several shopping and grocery options within a five-minute drive including Walmart, Costco, Fresko, and Home Depot. There is also a food market and a couple of restaurants just down the hill from the complex. Other things to note This is a brand new condo. The tower is complete, but other units are being built in adjacent towers until November. There could be some construction noise during the weekday day hours from approximately 8:30 am to 5pm. Work could also occur on Saturday until Noon. It ebbs and flows as construction can, but evenings, nights, and weekends should be quiet for the most part. Most guests' experience has not been an issue, but there's always the chance that there will be periods that are a little louder than others.
