Gillys is a modern 2 bedroom stand alone guesthouse situated in a quiet street. The guesthouse sits on the sheltered and private side of the main residence and one acre site, overlooking large trees and gardens. Enjoy the peaceful aspect, gaze at the stars at night and listen to the distant waves crashing on the Ninety mile beach. Metung village is only a short 8 minute drive away for your closest supplies. There is a public nature track which leads to a lakeside beach and private jetty. The space Your totally private guesthouse has a modern and spacious interior with large and partially covered decked areas to take in the garden views. Birds are abundant and enjoy being fed. Get to know the cheeky ones! The main bedroom has a King size bed. There is also a smart tv and ceiling fan. The second bedroom consists of 2 king single beds. A ceiling fan is also fitted in this room. The spacious kitchen is well appointed with granite benchtops, gas cooktop, microwave, benchtop combination air fryer oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee pod machine and more. Coffee and tea starter pack provided. The open plan comfy lounge and dining room overlook the deck and garden. Relax in front of the 65" smart tv! Log into your own Netflix, Stan or other social media accounts. The living areas are heated and cooled by a split system airconditioner. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a rain head. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the laundry area of the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in large pump packs for use during your stay as well as towels and a hairdryer. Outdoor setting and BBQ are situated on the back deck. On arrival you will find your own drive in drive out parking area. There is ample room for a boat or caravan in the guesthouse driveway or on site. There is an external Power point If you wish to charge your EV but are kindly asked to leave a payment for your estimated use as this is not included in the room rate. There is also a flush out/wash down area for boats. Guest access You will require a car to get around. There is sufficient parking for car and boat/caravan Other things to note We charge per guest and beds are made up accordingly. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. While no standard cleaning fee is included, cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or requires extra attention beyond normal use (e.g. stains, strong odours, large messes, etc.). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone.
